Service

Listing Kit AI lets you upload artwork and generate product-listing images. Generated images are AI-assisted outputs and may contain visual inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it commercially.

Your account and uploads

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You retain ownership of your uploaded artwork. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights needed for us and our service providers to process it to provide the service.

• Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
• Do not use the service to create deceptive listings, unlawful content, or content that impersonates another person or business.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid units used for paid generation. Prices, the number of credits in a pack, and the generation cost are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem and are also subject to Creem’s terms and checkout requirements.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not a bank account or stored-value product. We may correct an obvious pricing, technical, or accounting error.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvement. We do not guarantee that generation results will be uninterrupted, error-free, unique, or suitable for a particular marketplace.

Liability and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Kit AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for marketplace decisions based on generated outputs. Questions about these terms can be sent to .support@listingkit.ai
