Refund Policy
When paid credits and failed generations may be refunded.

Failed generations
If a paid generation fails after credits have been debited, Listing Kit AI automatically returns the credits for that failed generation.
Unused credit packs
You may request a refund for a credit-pack purchase within 7 days of purchase when the credits are substantially unused. Eligibility may be limited by applicable law, payment-provider requirements, fraud prevention, chargeback status, and the amount of credits already used.
Generated outputs
Because generation uses third-party compute immediately, credits spent on successfully delivered outputs are generally not refundable solely because an output is not to your taste. If an output is materially unavailable because of a service error, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore credits.
How to request help
Include the purchase date, account email, and relevant project or purchase ID when contacting . Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method when possible.support@listingkit.ai
