Your responsibility
You may upload only artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials that you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for ensuring that your uploads and use of generated outputs comply with intellectual-property, consumer-protection, marketplace, and advertising rules.
Generated outputs
Paid outputs may be used commercially with your listings, subject to these policies and applicable law. No output is guaranteed to be exclusive, registrable, free of third-party rights, or accepted by a marketplace. You should conduct any clearance review appropriate for your use.
Reporting a concern
If you believe material processed through Listing Kit AI infringes your copyright, contact with your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the challenged material, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the report is accurate and authorized. We may remove or restrict material while we investigate.support@listingkit.ai
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate access where there is repeated or serious infringement, misuse, fraud, or violation of these policies.
